How come I received my EOB from the insurance company and it states that I had a Surgery? All Procedures that are considered evasive to the skin (casting, injections, or surgery) are considered a surgical procedure.
How come my insurance company did not cover certain procedures? Your insurance company may have applied it to your deductible.
Can you tell me how much I’m going to owe for a procedure? We can tell you how much we are going to charge, but we do not know how much the insurance is going to allow.
